After years of building WordPress sites, we decided to make the calendar plugin we kept wishing we had.
Why we built Liora
At Boone Studios, we build WordPress sites for clients who need a good way to share events and collect RSVPs. The plugins we found were often expensive, complicated and packed with features our clients did not need.
Liora is the plugin we wanted: straightforward to set up, easy for visitors to use and free of the extra layers that get in the way. It is something we had wanted to make for a long time, and it is good to finally have it out in the world.
We're still early. We share what we're working on, listen closely to the people using Liora and adjust the roadmap when their events teach us something.
